PRIVACY / REQUIRED SITE METRICS

What this archive records

Public visitors do not need an account. The archive uses a first-party visitor identifier in local storage and a cookie so that views and likes can be counted consistently.

Data recorded

When the site is visited, a post is opened, or a like is used, the private owner dashboard may record the request time, page or post, raw IP address, a one-way IP fingerprint, user-agent, referrer and approximate country/city headers when available.

Why it is used

The information is used for private traffic diagnostics, view and like counters, abuse prevention and understanding whether the archive is working correctly.

Public information

Only aggregate post view and like totals are shown publicly. Raw IP addresses, fingerprints and device details are restricted to the authenticated archive owner.

Browser controls

The archive does not show a separate analytics-choice banner. Browser storage and cookies can be cleared or blocked through browser settings, although doing so can affect visitor deduplication and like state.

Contact

Questions about stored analytics can be directed to the archive owner through the contact details they publish on the site.
